This match report is the best I have and will ever read….

It rained. Lots.

Fortunately the rain was forecast and arrived emphatically and to time, so I was able to call off the match at 10 before anyone needed to get wet.  I then spent the rest of the Sunday eating cake while watching the Grand Prix and the Tour de France, so on the whole a pretty a good day.
